Features->Default Results->Search Scope
一覧に

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/Applications/

を追加。
これで、iPhone Simulator.appをAlfredから起動できる。
なお、

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications

を追加で、Instruments, File Merge等もAlfredから開ける。
